Job Description

This is a full-time remote Digital Marketing Designer position. Within our design team, you will design, create, and manage WordPress websites, ensuring usability and functionality. Additionally, you will develop and manage Instapage landing pages, Shopify stores, maintain and enhance visual style and user experience, and create engaging advertisements for social media and search engines. You will also design banners, imagery, and marketing materials, as well as documents and presentations tailored to B2B marketing.

This position provides the opportunity to develop and refine the marketing design direction while offering growth potential in this area.

Qualifications

Required:

6+ years of proven design experience, including at least 3 years in marketing-related design, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor, including a solid understanding of how WordPress works with multiple plugins and managing them effectively
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or similar design tools
Experience with Instapage(or similar)
Experience with Shopify
Experience creating advertisements for online platforms(social media & search engines)
Comfortable with technology with ability to learn independently and adapt to new technologies, approaches and tools
Strong command of English and Russian (minimum C1 level in both).
A flair for creativity and a keen eye for design in a marketing context
Ability to work from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM California time and participate in meetings twice a week, which take place from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM California time
