Staff Product Designer

We are seeking a talented Staff Product Designer to transform complex ideas into engaging and user-friendly experiences. This role offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives that bring clarity and delight to users across various digital products.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic design thinking to support the overall digital design strategy.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior designers to enhance team capabilities.
• Ensure cohesive visual and UX design across multiple digital products.
• Conduct design research to leverage insights for informed decision-making.
• Employ human-centered design to inspire digital product teams and decisions.
• Facilitate collaboration within cross-functional teams using strong design facilitation skills.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, or related fields.
• 7-10 years of experience in user experience, interaction design, and product innovation.
• Expertise in top-of-funnel and acquisition digital experiences.
• Proven track record of leading design projects and shipping digital products.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions and processes for design challenges.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in explaining design decisions.
• Self-directed, proactive, and committed to driving progress.
• Experience in cross-functional roles with focus on business value.

Preferred Skills

• Background in financial services.
• Advanced storytelling and persuasion techniques.
• Familiarity with strategic design thinking.
• Knowledge of advanced design research methodologies.
