We are looking for a dynamic Sr Software Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow and SharePoint to join our remote team. This role involves incident resolution, system upgrades, and maintenance management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-demand incident resolution and support maintenance requirements.
- Manage content to ensure Knowledgebase articles accurately reflect appropriate actions for resolution.
- Analyze and recognize patterns in incidents to provide detailed metrics for evaluation and reduction.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to address system upgrades and ensure software support by vendors.
- Implement security modifications to maintain system integrity.
- Upgrade servers, networks, and configurations to prevent software impairments.
Skills
- Proficient with ServiceNow and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experienced in developing using REACT, C#, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Java.
- Skilled in vended solution installation, upgrades, and configuration.
- Ability to develop user-friendly interfaces.
- Comprehensive understanding of the development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with maintenance management.
- Knowledge of environment upgrades and security modifications.
- Ability to provide review metrics for system evaluation.
