Sr. Product Designer, Motion Graphics/Animation

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Product Designer, where you will have the opportunity to create engaging and polished product experiences. This role combines product design and motion design, allowing you to shape user interactions and enhance usability through thoughtful motion.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement motion systems and interaction patterns that elevate user experience.
• Create micro interactions, transitions, and animated states to provide clear feedback and enhance usability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of motion designs.
• Lead product strategy and experience design, translating insights into impactful design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for user journeys from concept to launch.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all product interfaces.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on motion design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and usability best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in designing for complex digital products that require a blend of product strategy and detailed interaction craftsmanship.
• Familiarity with creating scalable design systems across multiple platforms.
• Background in Human-Computer Interaction or related fields is a plus.
