Senior Product Designer

Join our team as a Senior Product Designer and help shape the user experience for our core transfer services, focusing on enhancing customer interactions and satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to deliver impactful design solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive design solutions, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for both web and app platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to refine requirements and iterate on designs.
• Utilize existing design systems and patterns to develop polished, user-friendly interfaces.
• Incorporate feedback from design reviews and user research to continuously improve designs.
• Document design decisions to ensure seamless handoff for future team members.

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in product design, particularly in fast-paced environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, customer-facing designs with a focus on interaction and visual craft.
• Expertise in design tools, particularly Figma, with a solid understanding of complex workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for global audiences or in the FinTech sector is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new products and team dynamics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards design challenges.
