Join our dynamic team as an IT Program Manager and lead the charge in modernizing global network infrastructure. This 100% remote, 10-month contract role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects and deliver impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the scope of multiple interrelated projects within the network modernization program.
Conduct impact analysis to ensure alignment with project scope, timelines, and budget.
Review and present change requests to governance groups for approval.
Ensure high-quality outcomes and deliverables across all projects.
Maintain compliance with corporate policies, standards, and procedures.
Develop and report on business cases and benefits realization plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders and resource groups to ensure priority alignment.
Identify and mitigate risks, assuming ownership of critical project-level issues.
Establish and uphold PMO standards in collaboration with business owners and project sponsors.

Skills

Minimum of 10 years in project or program management, with at least 3 years in a program manager role.
Proven experience managing multiple work streams and projects simultaneously.
Expertise with enterprise-level project management tools such as Planview, Planisware, or MS Project.
Experience in large companies, particularly in network-related projects impacting facilities or sites.
Strong ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

PMP certification or membership in a recognized project management institute.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Project Server, and Office Suite.
Experience with resource planning and matrix team management.
Strong steering group management skills and strategic goal development.
