We are seeking a talented Lead UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative design projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and preferences, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
Facilitate discovery activities, including workshops and stakeholder interviews, to develop a clear experience strategy.
Create and iterate on design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on user feedback.
Advocate for inclusive and accessible design practices to ensure usability for diverse user groups.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs from concept to implementation.
Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and enhancing team excellence.

Skills

6+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of industries.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and user testing software.
Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and human factors.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

Experience in service design or dialog design.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Background in travel, hospitality, or food industries.
Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
