Responsibilities

Act as the primary marketing liaison with product and tech teams to align on website features and requirements.
Enhance performance marketing initiatives through effective landing page optimizations.
Develop and oversee a web testing agenda to promote continuous improvement.
Create and manage creative briefs to guide asset and copy development.
Coordinate content and asset management for the website, ensuring timely updates and adjustments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on creative needs and manage project timelines.
Conduct web funnel reporting and prepare presentation materials for stakeholders.

Skills

5-8+ years of experience in digital marketing and web content management.
Proven track record in managing websites and web campaigns for consumer brands.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience with A/B testing and web content experimentation.
Background in entertainment or experiential marketing.
Understanding of web accessibility and UX best practices.
Familiarity with content management systems and asset libraries.
