Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven UX Designer with a passion for creating stunning digital experiences and a strong understanding of video creation. You will play a key role in designing intuitive web interfaces, high-converting landing pages, and engaging visuals that communicate our AI-powered capabilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on website and landing page layouts that convert and align with our brand and product positioning.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to demonstrate and test design ideas.
• Translate product and marketing goals into engaging user interfaces.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure seamless alignment between UI/UX and video content.
• Produce and edit short-form videos (product explainers, UI animations, demos) to enhance digital engagement.
• Maintain design consistency across platforms and devices.
• Conduct user feedback sessions and usability tests to optimize designs for performance and clarity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in SaaS or digital product teams.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Hands-on experience with video tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX work for web/landing pages and video projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote environments.

Bonus Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoff.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion optimization, or motion design.
• Experience working on GenAI or Martech products.
