Director of Marketing

Hoonify delivers secure, performant AI infrastructure designed for the next generation of inference workloads. Powered by TurbOS, our platform enables organizations and NeoCloud/data center operators to transform CPU/GPU infrastructure into production-ready AI environments, supporting local LLMs, agentic copilots, RAG, and embeddings. We empower teams with robust model lifecycle management, multi-tenant controls, usage metering, and fully auditable operations.

The Role

We're hiring a Director of Marketing to own and execute our go-to-market engine. This is a high-impact individual contributor role. You'll report directly to the VP of GTM and be the driving force behind how Hoonify AI reaches, engages, and converts its target audience. You won't manage a team, but you will use agents to grow the function and have the autonomy, budget, and executive support to build programs that matter.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute multi-channel demand generation programs (paid search, paid social, email nurture, SEO, AEO, and content) to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Own and optimize the marketing funnel from first touch through conversion, continuously improving performance through data-driven experimentation.
• Develop and manage digital presence across web, social, and owned channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and positioning.
• Define, track, and report on core marketing KPIs (MQLs, CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution, sales, and ROI) to leadership.
• Partner closely with sales to align on ICP, refine lead scoring, and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, and vendors.
• Stay on top of trends in AI and B2B AI marketing to inform strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 7-10 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on demand generation and digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI/technology.
• Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline through paid, organic, and owned channels.
• Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Webflow, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills - comfortable pulling reports, interpreting data, and making decisions based on metrics.
• Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to craft messaging that resonates with technical and business audiences.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive leadership.
• Prior experience marketing AI or ML products, or familiarity with the AI ecosystem is strongly preferred.
