Sr. Customer Marketing Specialist – Job Description

As a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive global marketing strategies to drive the success of our Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) scanner and services portfolio. In this role you will be part of a dynamic and exciting global team and will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Offering Management, Digital Marketing, Sales and other support functions to understand customer needs and develop compelling messaging, content assets and campaigns for new and existing scanner products as well as PSS services offerings. Your strategic thinking and creativity will be essential in creating and implementing marketing campaigns that effectively promote our PSS solutions and drive customer engagement and adoption.

Reporting directly to our Senior Marketing Director, you'll work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid work schedule. Your expertise in marketing strategy and campaign execution will contribute to the overall success of our PSS portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning for our PSS solutions (new and sustaining)
  • Create and implement marketing assets and campaigns to drive customer engagement and adoption, and create sales leads, opportunities and wins conversion.

You Must Have

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in marketing or related roles
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Be process driven and highly organized.
  • Driven and accountable to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and global, cross functional environment: Offering Management, Digital COE, Sales, Finance, leadership etc.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at a single time and manage priorities.
