We’re looking for a Marketing Operations & Analytics / RevOps (Part-Time or Fractional) to join our team as we build Australia’s largest collection of professionally managed holiday homes
About the role:
You’ll be the operational backbone of our marketing and revenue functions — owning our lead tracking, reporting infrastructure, and marketing automation systems.
This is a critical role to ensure our efforts across content, paid ads, referral, and sales enablement are measurable, trackable, and ultimately revenue-generating.

What the day-to-day looks like in this role:
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards (HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio) to track campaign and funnel performance
- Set up and govern UTM tracking, event tagging (via GTM), and traffic source attribution
- Monitor KPIs like CAC, ROAS, SQL conversion rate, content-assisted conversions
CRM & Workflow Automation
- Manage lead lifecycle in HubSpot (lead scoring, workflows, deal stages, segmentation)
- Ensure accurate lead flow from all acquisition sources (forms, calculators, paid campaigns)
- Create marketing automation workflows for email nurtures, triggers, and segmentation
Campaign & Funnel Ops
- Set up tracking for new campaigns, blogs, landing pages, and downloadable assets
- Tag and attribute leads and conversions back to content pieces and acquisition channels
- Support sales with lifecycle insights, MQL/SAL handoff data, and lead source insights
The must-have criteria for this role:
- 2+ years experience in marketing ops, CRM management, or revenue operations
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio
- Comfortable working with data from paid ads (Google Ads, Meta), SEO, and referral campaigns
- Experience setting up UTM systems, content attribution models, and automated workflows
- Detail-oriented, organised, and highly reliable — you’re the type who double-checks tracking before launch
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Can commit to a part-time role, with availability of up to 25 hours per week.
Bonus:
- Experience supporting a startup or fast-moving growth team
- Experience working in Webflow and integrating it with the sales/marketing tech stack
