Job Description – Performance Marketing Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Department: Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads(Optional).
- Monitor and improve campaign performance based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CAC, and Conversion Rate.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize return on ad spend.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Design, and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Ensure proper implementation of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and event measurement.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Support customer acquisition, retargeting, and performance optimization initiatives.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads(Optional).
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CAC, and Conversion Rate.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
