Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Director of Affiliate Marketing. The individual in this role will oversee the day-to-day operations of our affiliate marketing program, which includes managing affiliate partnerships, developing marketing strategies, and driving performance marketing initiatives. Responsibilities also include digital marketing efforts, coordinating with sales teams, and optimizing marketing campaigns to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own the Homebase affiliate marketing program and be the day-to-day manager while developing a long-term affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with company KPIs and growth goals.
- Source, vet, and test new affiliate partners to keep an ongoing pipeline of consistently performing and efficient lead-gen channels.
- Track and analyze existing affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Share results and learnings with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to drive new opportunities and continuous improvement.
- Constantly optimize the full funnel prospect journey, including landing pages and dynamic/personalized nurture comms.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure an optimized end-to-end journey.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience.
- Deep expertise running multi-channel affiliate campaigns and familiarity with the end-to-end customer journey.
- Experience managing major affiliate aggregators (CJ, Impact, etc…)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- A strong grasp of funnel analytics and metrics driven performance marketing.
- Deep understanding of the affiliate marketing space, channels and strategies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
