The Marketing Strategist plays a key role in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on email marketing strategy, lead generation, and audience engagement within the medical industry. This role focuses on leveraging analytics and marketing expertise to drive brand confidence and generate high-quality leads among healthcare professionals, medical referral partners, and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities Include:
B2B Email Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute targeted B2B email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and drive conversions.
- Optimize email content strategy, segmentation, A/B testing, and tracking to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Analyze email performance metrics to refine strategy and improve effectiveness.

- Develop and implement B2B customer nurture programs to enhance engagement and retention.

- Track and analyze key marketing KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals.

- Provide campaign recommendations to VP of Marketing based on analytics to optimize marketing spend and strategy.

Digital Marketing Oversight**
- Oversee B2B digital marketing initiatives, ensuring content is optimized for search and lead generation.
- Cross-Channel Marketing & Audience Engagement of B2B marketing campaigns.
- Support integrated marketing efforts across email, social media, digital advertising, website, and emerging channels.
- Support the development of audience personas and marketing messaging tailored to the B2B medical industry.
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:**
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the healthcare, medical, or DME industry with success and learning metrics.
- Expertise in email marketing strategy, automation, and analytics (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, lead generation, and customer nurture strategies for B2B audiences.
- Proficiency digital marketing, and campaign performance tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, align with business goals, and execute marketing initiatives effectively.
- Strong experience with B2B marketing is required.

- Develop, execute, and optimize B2B email marketing campaigns to support lead generation and customer nurture strategies.
- Develop, monito, and report on marketing collateral material for B2B sources.
- Lead the creation and execution of email campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing goals.
- Take a performance-driven approach by analyzing campaign success, refining strategies, and maximizing engagement.

Cross-Channel Marketing**
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are executed on brand, maintaining consistency across digital, email, web, social, and traditional channels.
- Build compelling marketing presentations to showcase the impact of campaigns, effectively telling the story of marketing efforts.

Proven email and marketing B2B strategy development and execution experience. Including developing creative briefs and working with internal and external marketing resources.

Decision Making & Prioritization Skills: Organization and prioritization of tasks or project work based on marketing planning goals and strategies. Additionally, this role will use this skillset to define and assign key marketing work to allow team members or cross-functional teams.
Analytic Skills: Ability to conduct keyword research for marketing projects and the value of the keywords, implication on marketing projects and campaigns, as well as how to set KPIs and report on them.
Time management skills.
Ability to guide and motivate other team members within the organization – and the ability to work well and collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, IT, Creative, Product, Legal, HR, and Customer Service.
BS in Marketing, Journalism, or other relevant field.
Experienced in healthcare a plus.
Strong experience working with computers and a variety of marketing automation tools including Google Analytics, CRM/Marketing automation tools [HubSpot a plus], excel, PowerPoint, and word. Canva and other tools a plus.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five or more years of Marketing work, including managing marketing projects, defining KPIs, reporting on project results.
- Five or more years in B2B marketing campaigns, email campaigns.
- Three or more years helping to develop marketing presentations to showcase marketing planning, marketing strategy, or marketing effort successes.
- A Plus: Healthcare B2B Marketing campaign strategy and execution.
