Senior Software Engineer (Backend & Kotlin)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Ruby on Rails (or another backend language, e.g. Java) but also be excited about moving towards Kotlin microservices. Our mobile app is built with Kotlin, and we are eager to expand our mobile development capabilities, particularly for Android. As part of the role, you will also be expected to become proficient in Kotlin and mobile development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full stack development of applications, with a focus on both backend services and mobile development.
• Collaborating with a high-performance team focused on product development to build scalable and efficient solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience in backend development (Ruby on Rails or any other backend language – we’re flexible on that).
• Proven experience wih Kotlin and mobile development, especially Android.
• A passion for building scalable, product-focused solutions and continuously improving them.
• Experience working in high-performance teams is a plus.
