Senior Software Engineer – Video Monetization (Remote, US) - Up to $170k Per Annum

This company builds advanced tools and infrastructure for major players in the entertainment and broadcast industry, helping them deliver, manage, and monetize premium video content at scale.

With products ranging from a full-featured Online Video Platform (OVP) to AI-powered contextual targeting and a vast library of video content, the team enables media brands to manage assets, grow revenue, and reach audiences in dynamic, high-performance environments.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with product and technical teams to enhance video monetization and publisher-focused solutions.
• Improve and scale the core product stack, focusing on performance, reliability, and distributed systems.
• Dive deep into the video streaming and advertising domain, contributing technical expertise to shape future development.
• Deliver clean, scalable code while collaborating with an international, cross-functional team.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong skills in Python & JavaScript or experience working across multiple programming languages with a willingness to learn quickly.
• Solid experience with high-volume, distributed systems and large-scale architecture.
• Familiarity with advertising technology, video platforms, or streaming infrastructure.
