MISSION AT HAND

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with a strong focus on app acquisition, measurement and scalable growth.

You will own paid acquisition across Google and Meta as our core channels, while continuously testing additional app growth sources such as TikTok, Apple Search Ads, programmatic and mobile ad networks.

We are looking for someone who is highly curious, data-driven and experimental—a marketer who constantly tests, challenges assumptions, and looks for the next scalable growth opportunity. You should be comfortable going deep into campaign setup, measurement, attribution and optimisation, not only managing campaigns, but truly understanding why performance moves and how to improve it.

DUTIES ON DECK

• Own and scale app acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta and additional paid channels
• Manage budget allocation across channels, markets and campaigns based on marginal and incremental performance
• Build structured testing frameworks across audiences, bidding, channels, campaign types and creatives
• Drive continuous creative testing, identify winning concepts and spot fatigue early
• Work deeply with Adjust, attribution models and campaign measurement
• Design and evaluate incrementality tests to understand true channel impact
• Navigate iOS measurement, SKAN and privacy-related attribution limitations
• Identify new acquisition channels and turn successful tests into scalable growth sources
• Support web acquisition initiatives where relevant; independently of the app funnel

YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Performance Marketing role
• Proven hands-on experience scaling mobile app user acquisition across paid channels, managing large budgets and optimizing for market-level performance
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with the ability to clearly isolate performance shifts across bidding, creatives, audiences, seasonality, and measurement dynamics
• Deep practical experience with Adjust (or similar MMPs), evaluating SKAN data trustworthiness, and navigating complex iOS attribution challenges
• Hands-on proficiency in designing and executing incrementality tests and structured A/B testing frameworks to prove true business impact
• Active integration of AI-native workflows into creative production, performance analysis, and reporting
• Track record of building reusable systems, including standardized test trackers, reporting views, and robust naming conventions
• Strong cross-functional collaborator who works seamlessly alongside Product, CRM, Creative, Data, and Finance teams
• Comfortable making confident decisions and actionable recommendations even when dealing with ambiguous or incomplete data
• Experience exploring and scaling emerging channels beyond core networks (e.g., TikTok, Apple Search Ads, programmatic, or mobile ad networks)
