About the position:
At Holafly, the UX Designer is fundamental in crafting user-centered experiences for our global audience. Through key methodologies and tools, we drive informed decisions and the continuous improvement of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Drive user-centered design by applying methodologies and tools including user flows, journey maps, service blueprints, and competitive benchmarking.
- Develop wireflows, interaction flows, and prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma, to articulate comprehensive user experience scenarios across Holafly's web and app platforms
- Synthesize research insights, UX and product metrics, user needs, and business goals to create effective experience solutions.
- Extract actionable insights from UX data using analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, and UXCam to inform design decisions.
- Employ testing methodologies, such as A/B testing and surveys, to validate design proposals.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication with stakeholders, product managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment on objectives, requiring fluent English proficiency.
- Promote a culture of curiosity to deliver exceptional, globally accessible, and inclusive user experiences.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UX design and user research (more is a plus).
- Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to inform design decisions.
- Solid understanding of Design Thinking, Design Sprints, and other innovation frameworks.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Basic UI design knowledge to collaborate effectively with designers and developers.
- Hands-on experience with user testing methodologies and usability evaluation.
- Strong background in UX Research (UXR) and data-driven decision-making.
- Sharp attention to detail and deep understanding of usability principles for web and mobile experiences.
- Experience using testing tools (e.g., Maze) and analytics platforms (e.g., Hotjar) to track user behavior.
- Ability to analyze data and key metrics to optimize user experience.
- Experience working closely with UX Research teams and applying insights to product design.
- Proficiency in co-creation and collaborative design tools.
- Previous experience designing for B2C and B2B digital products.
