What you'll do
The contact center technology team is at the forefront of innovation, dedicated to creating the latest solutions that enhance customer interactions. Reporting to the Director Customer Experience Engineering we are looking for an experienced Lead Software Development Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) customer experiences, using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) technologies.
This role is ideal for someone who excels and has experience managing large-scale projects, collaborating with teams by making data-driven decisions
