Most colleagues work remotely, but you can also work from our office in WeWork Mennica Tower in central Warsaw. Please note, all work must be performed within Poland, as remote work from abroad is not allowed.

Your responsibilities

• Writing high quality code adhering to agreed team and regulatory standards as well as review of others code
• Working collaboratively with the team to help deliver significant new features for the business
• Providing engineering support for existing applications when necessary
• Ensuring existing and newly developed solutions are reliable, secure, performant and maintainable
• Maintaining awareness of current secure coding practices and ensuring code produced is in line with these
• Developing and evidencing automated tests alongside code produced
• Documenting all solutions, produced to agreed team standards
• Demonstrating a willingness to learn technologies & techniques embraced by the development team
• Cultivate strong working relationships within the squad and across the organization
• Actively participating in working groups and communities of practice designed to support the development team
• Continually developing both technical and interpersonal skills

Must have

• At least 5 years of experience working with TypeScript and React including enterprise-grade experience (experience with large app decomposition, layers separation, and scalable architecture for enterprise-level applications)
• Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Working knowledge of Next.js (preferably SEO solutions)
• Hands-on experience with design patterns, programming and testing best practices
• Have a mindset of continuous improvement in everything you do
• Developing secure & maintainable code
• Experience working with REST API and/or GraphQL
• Experience in working with docker, Kubernetes using microservices architecture
• C1-level proficiency in both English and Polish – you will use both languages in all aspects of your daily work.

Nice to have

• Experience building mobile solutions using React Native
• Experience with AWS
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with accessibility (a11y) best practices in web apps, including WCAG compliance and keyboard navigation support

Salary

• CoE: 18,000 – 25,000 PLN gross per month (employment)
• B2B: 20,000 – 29,000 PLN + VAT (B2B) per month
