Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with a proven track record of driving performance and ROI through strategic digital campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, creative, and deeply familiar with the fast-evolving landscape of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
- Manage daily operations of social media platforms (e.g., scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance).
- Oversee content creation and publishing, ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor daily ad spend, identify trends, and report on key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to identify areas of improvement.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with platform changes, digital trends, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads (Meta Ads Manager), including campaign creation, targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and report progress regularly.
- Own laptop/PC (minimum i5 8th Gen processor, 8GB RAM)
- Stable internet (at least 10 Mbps download speed)
