How You’ll Make An Impact

• You should be an expert in design/construction management, authority submission, tender/contract management.
• You will be familiar with design and construction of interior fitting-out for MNC workplaces and various other facilities.
• You will be familiar with global standards e.g. ISO/ENIEC/BSI/ASHRAE/TIA/CIBSE/BOMA/RSMEANS/NFPA.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• You hold a bachelor's degree.
• At least 10 years working experience in as real estate project manager.
• Experience in handling greenfield construction projects for manufacturing facility above 50Ksqm.
• Certified PMP or equivalent and major in construction management or MEP.
• Self motivated with good team spirit and able to travel substantially.
• Excellent English and stakeholder communication skills in a multi-cultural/matrix/remote work environment.
