Position: Sales Lead with Marketing Background (Info product)
Hours: FT 40h/week
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager who thrives on driving sales growth, refining marketing strategies, and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in sales and marketing, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing revenue channels.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership & Management:
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing closers and appointment setters.
- Run sales team meetings, provide coaching, and hold team members accountable.
- Monitor sales KPIs and optimize performance based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure closers are motivated and executing at a high level.
- Oversee daily operations of the sales process and remove inefficiencies.
Marketing Collaboration & Strategy:
- Provide direct feedback to the marketing team based on real-time customer interactions.
- Identify misalignment between marketing messaging and customer pain points.
- Recommend changes to VSLs, email campaigns, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales pipeline and implement process improvements.
- Oversee CRM and automation systems to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a high-ticket coaching, consulting, or agency environment - INFO PRODUCTS.
- Experience working in an 8-figure business IS REQUIRED.
- Experience managing and coaching remote sales teams.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and how sales insights impact marketing strategies.
- Data-driven approach with experience tracking and optimizing sales KPIs.
- Ability to hire, train, and scale a team of closers and appointment setters.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., close.io, Go High Level or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with YouTube growth strategies.
- Background in high-ticket sales for online education, coaching, or agency services.
- Understanding of lead generation strategies and funnel optimization.
