Client is transforming the digital healthcare experience—and we’re looking for a creative, user-obsessed Senior Product Designer to help lead the charge.

💡 About the Role

Join our Experience Transformation team and help reimagine how people interact with their health plans. You’ll design inclusive, accessible mobile and web experiences that make complex journeys (like understanding and managing Medicare/Medicaid plans) feel simple and human.

You'll work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Writers—turning user insights into modern, intuitive solutions that support real people and real outcomes.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Craft seamless digital experiences across mobile & web.
• Translate user research into impactful, user-friendly solutions.
• Lead projects from idea to prototype using Figma and design systems.
• Collaborate closely with product, content, and engineering teams.
• Present design work to stakeholders and champion user-first decisions.
• Balance technical feasibility, business goals, and user needs.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years as a Product or UX Designer.
• A portfolio that highlights clean, thoughtful, user-centered design.
• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Strong skills in wireframing, flows, interactive prototyping, and systems thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment abilities.

• Have experience designing for diverse or senior audiences.
• Are familiar with accessibility standards (WCAG) and tools like UserZoom.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments where agility matters.
• Hold a degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
