Our client—a leading U.S. healthcare and insurance provider—is looking for an innovative Marketing Analyst/Marketing Technology Specialist to join their Sales Enablement Marketing team. This fully remote role offers the chance to drive impactful change through marketing automation, CRM optimization, and strategic campaign support.

What You'll Do:

• Lead business requirement sessions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Analyze and optimize CRM and marketing processes
• Act as a liaison between marketing, IT, and external vendors
• Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Support multichannel marketing strategies – digital, social, direct
• Assist in the creation of training materials for end users

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4+ years in marketing, digital transformation, or product/sales experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (SproutLoud or similar is a plus)
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or IT industries is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of API integrations, data mapping, and reporting tools is a bonus
