Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for creating impactful campaigns in a highly regulated space? We’re looking for a Field/Sales Marketing Professional to join our Client’s dynamic team and help shape the future of healthcare marketing!
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the development and deployment of multi-channel marketing materials that support Medicare Advantage acquisition strategies through agent-driven outreach. From concept to execution, your work will empower agents with compelling print and digital assets that connect with the right audience at the right time.
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Own the creation of marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations, etc.) that resonate with the senior demographic.
- Manage end-to-end marketing projects—collaborating with internal creative teams, legal/compliance, and business partners.
- Optimize processes for efficiency, cost savings, and faster time-to-market.
- Ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables are in the hands of agents during critical enrollment periods (like AEP).
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a regulated industry (healthcare, financial services, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with a track record of launching successful campaigns.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and creative teams.
- Passion for improving consumer experiences through thoughtful marketing.
🌟 Bonus Points If You Have:
- Background in Medicare or healthcare marketing.
- Experience in B2B2C marketing models.
- Agency or in-house creative team experience.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Workfront, Monday.com, or Aprimo.
