Senior Software Engineer - Backend

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop robust backend solutions.
• Hands-on experience on MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) to build scalable and efficient applications.
• Contribute to the entire development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand and address business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering.
• 4 - 8 years of proven full-time experience as a Backend Developer.
• Proficiency in the MERN stack.
• Experience in developing and maintaining sales enablement platforms or workflows is highly desirable.
• Work experience, preferably from internet companies, products, or startups
• Proficiency in the implementation of algorithms and the use of advanced data structures to solve problems in computing. A solid foundation in the principles of computer science is desired.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
