Senior Product Designer

HirePlace is hiring a Senior Product Designer to support AI products. As a Senior Product Designer:

What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end design of key workflows including strategy, information architecture, and component libraries with meticulous attention to detail.
• Prototype, iterate, and ship multi-channel AI agent experiences, from prompt engineering to agent deployments to workflow automation.
• Thrive in ambiguity: prioritize ruthlessly, take full ownership, and adapt to shifting requirements.
• Relentlessly champion user needs and design excellence, ensuring every detail is right. Collaborate as a true partner with product, engineering, and leadership, wearing any hat to get things done.

Work Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in designing for B2B2C, web, and mobile applications. Experience designing for AI or AI assistants preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams, especially in startups.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping.
