About The Role
We are seeking a talented and proactive Content Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys building compelling narratives and translating complex ideas into clear, engaging content. As a hands-on contributor within our collaborative marketing environment, you will work closely with startup founders, brand partners, and internal teams to develop and execute content strategies across multiple channels. Your efforts will directly influence how our startups and internal brand communicate their value propositions, build their identities, and connect with their target audiences.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the voice of early-stage companies and contribute to their growth stories. You will take ownership of content projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet high standards of clarity, consistency, and effectiveness. The role requires a strategic mindset, excellent execution skills, and the ability to adapt content across various formats, including written, visual, and short-form media. Compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000 annually, depending on experience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess more than three years of experience in content marketing, brand management, or editorial roles. You should have a proven track record of creating content across multiple channels such as web, email, social media, and campaigns. Strong collaboration skills are essential, particularly with designers and cross-functional teams, to bring ideas to life visually and contextually. You must be capable of managing priorities independently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining organized workflows.
Experience with content management and marketing platforms like HubSpot or other CRM tools is desirable. A solid understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies, along with how content is discovered through search engines and AI-driven surfaces, is critical. Previous experience working with startups, founders, or fast-moving teams is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to thrive in dynamic environments and understand the nuances of early-stage business communication.
