Director, Marketing
Reporting to the CEO, the Director will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of the company’s growth strategy. The Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive lead generation, lead conversion, customer acquisition, and growth across all of the divisions and regions of the company.
Candidates can reside anywhere in the US with travel to other field offices.
- Duties & Essential Job Functions:
- Define and implement the overall vision and strategy for marketing, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Measure Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for both online and offline advertising campaigns
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for multi-channel marketing campaigns, and report on marketing performance (e.g., leads, conversion rates, revenue per lead, website traffic, social media engagement, inbound and outbound activity)
- Collect and analyze marketing spend data at the brand, regional, and channel levels to identify trends and recommend improvements for ROAS at the brand level
- Oversee website optimization efforts to enhance user experience and conversion rates
- Manage relationships with third-party marketing vendors, including agencies, designers, and developers, ensuring activities align with company marketing strategies and goals
- Monitor budget allocation and assess the performance of online and offline marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic, including keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO best practices
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards using technology tools to ensure consistent reporting and insights
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring effective integration and utilization of tools and platforms
- Stay informed of the latest trends and innovations in marketing technology to drive continuous improvement and efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience working with home and commercial services businesses is a plus
- Proven ability to plan and manage marketing budgets
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with experience centralizing team resources
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and HR teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
