ABOUT THE POSITION:
- This is long-term 1099 contract opportunity. A remote role that will consist of 15-30 hours per week based on project volume.
- This will be a “flex” role within our organization, which will include a mix of responsibilities not limited to: in-depth influencer sourcing/vetting/negotiations, white-glove campaign management and creative strategy exploration.
- Immediate availability. $40-$50/hour based on experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
As a key member of the campaign execution team, you will independently manage and deepen the relationships on key high value accounts. Your role will primarily involve executing influencer campaigns with the utmost attention to detail, while acting as the liaison between influencers and brand/agency. You will also work closely with members of our Sales, Strategy, Paid Media and Reporting teams to ensure all client objectives are met, while providing assistance where needed along the way.
- Available to collaborate with the team via Slack during normal work hours (9am - 5pm CST), with quick response times.
- Diligent follow up with both clients and talent, with adherence to strict client deadlines.
- Support the Sales, Strategy and Talent teams in the pricing, packaging and execution of influencer projects.
- Participate in brainstorm sessions, strategy pitches, and online Zoom meetings.

WHAT YOU BRING
- 4 to 6 years influencer marketing experience, specifically from the agency side (including strategy exploration, talent sourcing/vetting, campaign management, whitelisting, content usage rights, paid media and exclusivity requests).
- Advanced level of understanding with all things Instagram, YouTube, TikTok (organic and paid).
- Above average personal or professional experience with AI tools and emerging tech (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation tools).
- You are a true self starter and feel comfortable working remote, autonomously.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work collaboratively.
