Job Description:

HireCapital is partnered with an organization paving the way for transformative campaigns and impactful causes by orchestrating high-volume, data-intensive, and mission-critical digital marketing campaigns.

Come join a small team designing and building the industry's premiere set of communication and data tools. As a remote developer, your skills will transcend geographical boundaries, impacting campaigns and causes across the US. You will play a pivotal role in modernizing and enhancing their donation bundling platform, a project that has been evolving over the past decade.

The successful candidate will bring their diverse background and passion for software development to support the development of projects while finding proactive ways to enhance the client’s overall process and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the implementation of new features on to a software development platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Use SQL Server and C#/.NET to enhance the backend infrastructure, optimizing performance, and ensuring scalability as our platform continues to grow.
• Utilizing ASP.NET, Angular, and React, with a strategic focus on migrating towards React, to create a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a senior .NET developer with in-depth knowledge of C# and .NET framework.
• Frontend Technologies: Experience with frontend technologies, including ASP.NET, Angular, and React.
• Database Proficiency: Strong expertise in SQL Server with the ability to design and optimize database structures.
• Testing; Experience and comfort with testing your own code
• Autonomous Work a: Proven ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and demonstrating a proactive approach.
• Methodical mindset and passion for staying abreast of the latest software development trends.

Nice to have but not required:

• Experience developing code for a product with SMS capabilities
• Authentication Systems: Hands-on experience with modernizing authentication systems, demonstrating a deep understanding of security best practices.
