They are seeking a talented Web Designer/Developer to play a key role in bringing web projects to life—from initial concept through to launch. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with their design team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, visually compelling websites. Beyond design and development, you’ll also contribute to managing project timelines, budgets, and client communication, ensuring a smooth and successful project experience from start to finish.

Responsabilities

Lead web design projects from concept to launch, managing scope, resources, and timelines.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on goals and expectations.
Contribute to design using Figma and ensure visually appealing, user-friendly websites.
Apply best practices in development, ensuring performance and cross-platform compatibility.
Support planning, quality control, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve processes and tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in web design and Development.
Proficiency in web design tools and technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Elementor, Figma, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. And a willingness to learn the Bricks WordPress builder.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
A portfolio showcasing your web design work and successful project management.
