Senior Software Engineer

Expected compensation: 35.00 - 42.50 USD Per Hour

HireArt is helping our client, The Largest Annotation Services Marketplace, find Senior Software Engineers with extensive expertise in numerous categories for AI Model Training.

This role is tailored for a Developer with the ability to integrate advanced coding knowledge into the development of state-of-the-art AI models.

As a Senior Software Engineer, You Will

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed coding prompts and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of various programming languages.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model’s accuracy in coding contexts.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their applicability in the coding domain.
• Categorize queries based on difficulty level and topic area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field

• 6+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

• Java, C++, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS, Bach, PHP, R, Dart, Excel, Kotlin, C, or Matlab

• Strong proficiency in at least one of the skills listed above, with fair knowledge of the language specification

• C1 level of English language proficiency

• Ability to produce high-quality work with no supervision

Commitment: This is a part-time, 6-month Independent Contractor position staffed via HireArt. This role will be remote and available to U.S.-based candidates. Workers will set their own schedule.
