We’re partnering with a leading global design company that’s been at the forefront of creative innovation for the past 30 years. With over 2,000 creatives across 22 studios worldwide, they focus on designing human-centered experiences, telling powerful stories, and building digital products that make a real-world impact.

They’re now looking for a Senior UX Designer with a strong product mindset to help craft intuitive and impactful user experiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally with product managers and engineers, thrives on solving complex problems, and is motivated by both user needs and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design process, from discovery to final handoff
• Conduct user research and analyze data for actionable insights
• Create personas, journey maps, user flows, and scenarios
• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI (mainly using Figma)
• Plan and facilitate usability testing, iterating on feedback
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders
• Present and communicate design concepts effectively
• (For senior-level) Lead conversations with stakeholders and contribute to product strategy

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
• Strong proficiency in Figma and standard design tools
• Solid grasp of design principles and user-centered methodologies
• Proven experience in user research and data-driven design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates UX and product thinking
