This is a role for our client, a growth studio behind Winback and Stacked, helping modern ecommerce brands turn customer lifecycle programs into sustainable revenue engines. About the Role
As a Client Strategist, you’ll own relationships and strategy for a set of client accounts while working closely with a senior strategic lead who will provide oversight and mentorship. You’ll also manage a small cross-functional internal team (pod) responsible for execution across those accounts.
This is a hybrid role—part client-facing, part internal team leadership, and 100% strategic. You’ll get to learn from seasoned experts while owning real business outcomes and helping to drive meaningful growth through retention, cross-channel automation, and performance optimization.
What You’ll Do
Client Leadership & Strategy
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a set of client accounts.
- Lead client meetings, communicate performance, and translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Build and optimize cross-channel lifecycle flows (email, SMS, and more) that improve LTV, repeat purchase rate, and payback velocity.
- Analyze performance data and make strategic recommendations with support from senior team members.
Internal Team Management
- Manage a small internal pod (designer, copywriter, analyst) to deliver client work on time and to a high standard.
- Coordinate deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure alignment across client and internal teams.
- Provide feedback and structure that helps your team do their best work.
Strategic Development & Growth
- Contribute to playbooks, processes, and testing frameworks that help us scale our impact
- Collaborate with the Head of Strategy and Head of Operations to improve internal systems.
- Help push forward the future of lifecycle marketing by testing new tactics and sharing insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth strategy, or client-facing roles in performance marketing or digital product environments.
- Familiarity with retention marketing, CRM, and Klaviyo.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and juggling multiple projects.
- A strong communicator who’s comfortable leading client conversations and internal standups.
- A sharp thinker who can connect the dots between data, strategy, and execution.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn’t afraid to take ownership.
