Company Overview:
Our client is a fast-growing organization that operates with a focus on high volume, process-driven marketing. We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join their team and help drive the efficiency of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong technical skills and an ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
This position is crucial in supporting the creation, management, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring that data flows seamlessly between our marketing tools and systems. The Marketing Operations Specialist will be working primarily with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho, ensuring alignment and efficient workflow within our marketing and sales teams.
Location:
This is a remote position, but you will be expected to work during U.S. business hours (EST) from 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Campaigns: Create and manage campaigns within HubSpot, including landing pages, CTAs, email builds, and workflows. Ensure all campaigns are optimized for lead generation and sales conversion.
- Salesforce Integration: Create and manage campaigns within Salesforce (SFDC), linking them with HubSpot workflows and adding campaign member statuses.
- Data Management & Reporting: Track performance and ensure accurate reporting through the creation of meaningful reports in Google Sheets and Salesforce. Understand and analyze campaign performance, troubleshoot any issues with email deliverability, and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows, particularly within HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho, and implement optimizations.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and growth teams to ensure campaign strategies align with the business’s goals. Coordinate with other team members to standardize marketing processes across the three brands.
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates on campaign progress and performance, troubleshoot any issues, and maintain clear communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce (SFDC) campaign management. Knowledge of Zoho is a plus.
- Strong experience in email marketing, landing page creation, workflow building, and UTM creation.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Zoom.
- Experience with campaign performance tracking and data analysis (knowledge of Clay and Google Analytics is a plus).
- Comfortable working with macros, scripts, and other marketing automation tools to improve efficiency.
Experience:
- 3-4+ years of experience in a marketing operations or marketing automation role, with a strong focus on high-volume campaigns.
- Previous experience with U.S.-based companies is highly preferred
- Familiarity with software, e-commerce, digital lead generation, and multi-channel marketing is a plus.
- Experience working in a startup environment or fast-paced, collaborative team setting.

- Strong communication skills to effectively work with teams and share progress.
- Ability to take initiative and propose process improvements.
