About the role:
Our client is seeking a remote Marketing Manager based in Latin America to support advisor acquisition efforts through a mix of performance marketing (primarily on LinkedIn and Meta), event coordination, and light marketing operations and admin support. This is a hands-on, generalist role ideal for someone resourceful, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Set up, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Draft or collaborate on ad copy and creative assets.
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements.
- Help scale advisor-focused lead generation initiatives.
- Research and coordinate small in-person events and field activations (e.g., advisor meetups, football watch parties, regional dinners).
- Identify venues, negotiate vendor contracts, and propose event formats.
- Support pre- and post-event communication and tracking.
- Assist in preparing decks and pulling marketing metrics for internal meetings.
- Maintain spreadsheets and organize campaign tracking data.
- Support the Head of Advisor Marketing with weekly deliverables and team coordination.
Required Skills & Experience:
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise running LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns.
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events, including managing logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Experience in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and ROI tracking, with experience in fast-paced startup or agile environments.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Background in financial services, B2B, or SaaS.
- Based in LATAM
Shift: Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM EST (Flexible)
