About the role:
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer with a strong SEO foundation and proven B2B paid media skills to take ownership of our search presence and drive measurable growth. This role is a mid-level individual contributor position with room to grow. You’ll spend roughly 60% of your time on SEO (including AI-driven SEO) and 40% on paid media and broader growth marketing initiatives.
You’ll lead our efforts to rank higher in both Google and large language models (LLMs), run targeted B2B ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Google, and support high-impact marketing projects like landing page creation, ad copywriting, and webinar promotion.
This is a high-agency role for someone who can identify the biggest opportunities, build a plan, and execute.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and continuously improve SEO strategy to increase rankings, visibility, and conversions in both Google and LLMs.
- Manage keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO improvements, and AI SEO experiments.
- Report weekly on SEO performance, insights, and actions.
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to drive high-quality B2B leads.
- Write high-converting copy for ads, landing pages, and other growth initiatives.
- Support other marketing efforts, including webinar promotion, content optimization, and campaign execution.
- Support and collaborate with the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to execute growth marketing initiatives.
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2B.
- Proven track record in SEO with measurable results, including technical SEO, content optimization, and AI SEO.
- Experience running and optimizing B2B campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong grasp of copywriting principles and ability to write compelling, conversion-focused copy.
- A go-getter profile. You know where to focus, plan effectively, and execute with high ownership.
