What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute strategy across Google Ads, programmatic display, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok with a primary focus on driving qualified conversions.
- Build, launch, and continually optimize high-performance campaigns that align with client goals.
- Set up, audit, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate attribution for leads.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure tracking infrastructure is correctly implemented.
- Analyze and interpret performance data to generate strategic insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support full-funnel marketing efforts.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, digital trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist with QA and process improvement initiatives to ensure campaign accuracy and operational efficiency.
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- 5+ years of experience managing programmatic display advertising campaigns; familiarity with Xandr is a bonus.
- 5+ years running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns through Meta Business Suite.
- Proven expertise in Google Tag Manager, including:
- Setting up conversion tracking across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and GA4.
- Troubleshooting GTM issues related to tag firing, triggers, variables, and data layers.
- Ability to independently audit and resolve tracking discrepancies or missing events.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing multiple accounts or clients, preferably in an agency environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to campaign accuracy and performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with clear KPIs and high expectations.
Preferred Skills:
- Working within a ticket system
- Familiarity with project/task management platforms
- Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools.
- Comfortable presenting performance reports and insights to clients or internal stakeholders.
