Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and TikTok ad campaigns to exceed conversion targets.
- E-Commerce Growth: Develop strategies to scale e-commerce revenue from $2M to $10M.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage six-figure monthly ad budgets to maximize ROI.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with designers and content creators to test and implement high-performing creatives.
- Account Management: Oversee USA Meta accounts, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on platform changes and industry best practices to maintain competitive strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven success in scaling e-commerce revenue from $2M to $10M using Meta and TikTok ads.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with experience managing USA Meta accounts.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Creative Understanding: A keen eye for high-performing ad creatives and a willingness to test and iterate.
