Our client is a small but growing marketing agency that helps law firms build their online presence with high-converting, user-friendly websites and ads.
About the Role
The Digital Account Manager helps their law firm clients achieve their marketing objectives. They create the plan, guide clients strategically, and shape the tactical execution of the digital marketing strategy across a variety of channels (SEO, Ads (Search, Social, Display/Video/CTV, Retargeting) and Email). They have an “MBA mindset” (although an MBA isn’t required), meaning they have a deep understanding of our clients’ business objectives and how to build marketing strategies that help them achieve those outcomes.
The Job
- Retain and grow client accounts.
- Understand our clients.
- Create, plan, and shape our clients’ digital marketing strategies.
- Communicate the value of our service in business terms.
- Deliver key insights and performance analytics to our clients.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and client stakeholders.
- Engage clients actively with regular strategy calls to derive maximum value from their investment in our agency.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Clearly, communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve client inquiries by aligning them with the right resources.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Monitor client health and build associated risk mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure adoption and successful renewal.
Experience
- Primary fluency / bilingual proficiency in English (US).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A minimum of two years of tactical hands-on experience with small business digital marketing (SEO, Local Search, online advertising, email, paid social, paid ads, video, etc).
- Proven experience managing clients, setting goals and expectations
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at a time
- Are passionate about client success and experience
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present to and influence key stakeholders at all levels
- Experience using CRMs or customer service software
- Comfortable with Google Suite
- High degree of business acumen with a focus on organization, technical abilities, and analytical skills
- Knows the right questions to ask
- Ideal candidates have specific experience with digital marketing for small law firms or other local professional service companies
