About the role
We’re looking for a world-class designer who is equally strong in UI and UX, with proven experience in B2B brand design. You’ll play a key role in elevating our brand across web and digital, ensuring every touchpoint looks and feels premium while driving results.
We are looking for high-agency, personable individuals who not only bring smart ideas to the table but also roll up their sleeves to get things done. The ideal candidate will have experience with services or SaaS companies and can handle a wide range of projects, from pixel-perfect web designs to high-impact brand assets.
This role requires exceptional Figma skills and the ability to translate marketing goals into designs that perform.
Who you are
- Expert in Figma – advanced use of components, auto layout, and prototyping.
- Strong UI/UX background – able to wireframe, design, and iterate with speed and quality.
- B2B design experience – ideally with services or SaaS companies.
- Portfolio showcasing:
- High-converting landing pages.
- Web redesigns for professional B2B brands.
- Marketing graphics (ads, social, blog, lead magnets).
- Brand system creation and application.
- Skilled in website design and video editing.
- Able to balance brand aesthetics with performance-focused design.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.
What you'll do
Website Design (UI/UX)
- Create and iterate on landing pages, marketing pages, and full site redesigns.
- Design with conversion goals in mind while maintaining a consistent brand look.
- Understand and apply UX best practices to improve usability and engagement.
Brand & Marketing Assets
- Create high-quality graphics for social media, blog posts, paid ads, and email campaigns.
- Design lead magnets, eBooks, white papers, and other downloadable resources.
- Develop pitch decks and sales enablement visuals that align with brand guidelines.
- Edit videos for social media and web.
- Support branding efforts for campaigns, ensuring cohesion across all platforms.
Campaign & Ad Creative
- Produce compelling ad creatives that perform in both digital and social environments.
- Adapt designs to various formats while preserving visual impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Ensure handoffs to developers are clean, detailed, and ready for production.
Nice to have
- Experience with motion graphics or micro-interactions.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for smoother dev handoffs.
- Experience designing for multi-channel campaigns.
