🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
📆 Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Lead a channel-specific strategy for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and more
- Build and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with campaign goals
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and trend cycles
✍️ Copywriting & Content Creation
- Write sharp, engaging copy that’s aligned with the brand’s voice and platform norms
- Design and publish platform-native content: carousels, memes, visuals, static posts
- Develop content in collaboration with freelancers, creatives, and marketing leads
📹 Light Short-Form Video Support
- Edit simple Reels, TikToks, or Shorts to support campaigns (bonus)
- Repurpose existing longform footage into snackable clips
- Collaborate with video editors and creators to ideate video-first content
💬 Community Management
- Monitor DMs, replies, and comments across channels
- Engage with the community and amplify top responses
- Support inbound engagement and flag important conversations to internal teams
📊 Analytics & Performance
- Track key metrics: engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions
- Deliver performance reports and adjust content strategy accordingly
- Optimize timing, formats, and messaging based on insights
✅ Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or content strategy
- Exceptional copywriting and creative concepting skills
- Strong design instincts using tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar
- Bonus: Experience with CapCut, Descript, or other short-form editing tools
- Strong understanding of platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Proactive, curious, and plugged into cultural moments and trends
- Organized and self-directed—you can juggle calendars, deadlines, and DMs like a pro
