- You must have experience with US-based D2C eCommerce brands—this is non-negotiable.
- This is a full-time role (40 hours/week), so part-time availability won’t work.
- Experience in health, wellness, skincare, or beauty is a big plus.
- We're looking for someone with a strong eye for design and a knack for creating platform-native content.
- Bonus points if you're comfortable with CapCut or similar light video editing tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo is also a nice-to-have.

Job Description:
As our Social Media Manager / Content Assistant, you'll be the driving force behind our organic content strategy. Your mission: build and nurture our community, raise the bar on content quality, and create eye-catching, story-driven posts that boost engagement, loyalty, and conversions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Social Strategy & Planning
- Take ownership of our content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn—with a strong emphasis on growing our Instagram presence.
Content Creation
- Design eye-catching social content (Reels, carousels, graphics) using Canva or Adobe tools. Craft compelling, brand-aligned captions that turn casual viewers into loyal followers.
Light Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos for Reels and Stories using tools like CapCut or similar—bringing our brand to life through engaging, scroll-worthy clips.
Community Engagement
- Stay on top of DMs, comments, and story replies daily to foster genuine connections and boost overall engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor weekly performance across platforms, uncover growth opportunities, and suggest data-driven improvements to help us level up.
Email Campaign Support
- Support list-building efforts and help with light email campaign tasks—ensuring a cohesive voice and strategy between our email and social content.
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years of experience in social media/content roles for US D2C eCommerce brands
- Are deeply familiar with Instagram growth tactics and platform-native trends
- Have a sharp eye for design and experience creating aesthetic, high-converting content
- Can write engaging, branded copy that connects with a wellness-savvy audience
- Have basic email marketing knowledge (even better if you’ve used Klaviyo)
- Thrive in fast-paced, remote teams and are self-driven and responsive
