We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to bring ideas to life through captivating animation and design. You’ll craft visually compelling assets that elevate storytelling across digital platforms—balancing sleek 2D motion with light 3D capabilities when needed.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments, loves design systems and storytelling, and can execute clean, brand-aligned motion work across formats.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

🌀 Motion Graphics & Animation

  • Design and animate high-quality 2D motion graphics to support marketing, product, or storytelling initiatives
  • Create animated elements such as lower thirds, kinetic typography, explainer graphics, transitions, and scene builds
  • Support select projects with light 3D animation, visual effects, or stylized compositions (using tools like Blender or Cinema 4D)
  • Translate static designs into motion-ready assets that bring campaigns and stories to life
  • Contribute to brand evolution and consistency across motion systems

🗂️ Workflow & Collaboration

  • Organize project files, naming conventions, and export pipelines
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and cross-functional teams
  • Review, revise, and deliver assets on deadline across a variety of formats and platforms

✅ Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience as a motion designer or animator
  • Strong skills in 2D animation, typography, layout, and timing
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
  • Experience with basic 3D workflows using tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar
  • Eye for clean design, brand consistency, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to take feedback, iterate fast, and meet tight timelines
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely with cross-functional teams

🏅 Bonus

  • Experience creating product explainers, branded content, or UI/UX walkthroughs
  • Familiar with tools like , Notion, or Figma for collaboration
  • Passion for visual storytelling and emerging motion trends
  • Familiarity with sound design or music syncing for more dynamic edits
