Responsibilities

Create and Refine User Interfaces: Develop high-quality UI designs using Figma, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across multiple platforms and products.
Illustration and Graphic Design: Produce compelling illustrations and graphics using Adobe Illustrator to enhance user experiences and marketing materials.
Iterative Design Process: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Development, Marketing) to gather feedback, iterate on concepts, and deliver designs on tight deadlines.
User-Centered Approach: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, focusing on inclusivity and accessibility.
Design Standards and Documentation: Establish and maintain design guidelines, documentation, and best practices to promote consistency and scalability across all products.
Fast-Paced Collaboration: Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and timelines, demonstrating agility, problem-solving, and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Figma Expertise: Proven track record of creating complex user interfaces, design systems, and prototypes in Figma.
Illustration Skills: Strong abilities in Adobe Illustrator to produce custom illustrations, icons, and other visual assets.
Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Design Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing UI designs, illustration work, and detailed examples of your design process.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
Time Management: Demonstrated capacity to work within tight deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and remain organized in a fast-moving environment.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, foster an inclusive and creative work atmosphere, and offer mentorship to junior designers.
