About The Role

We are looking for an experienced analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. The role will be centered on CRM support, partnering closely with our Sr Director of CRM to up-level measurement and improve overall strategy. Your goal will be to maximize acquisition and customer LTV via CRM channels.

As a Marketing Analytics Lead, you will own measurement tools and frameworks, create and maintain reporting dashboards, and build targeting models (in partnership with Data Science). You will be expected to drive insights, make strategy recommendations, own incrementality testing, and impact measurement across all CRM programs.

You Will

• Perform deep customer analysis using advanced SQL, data modeling, and statistical techniques to surface actionable insights
• Own the design, execution, and analysis of A/B and incrementality tests across CRM programs to drive strategic decision-making
• Clearly communicate analysis results and partner closely with the Sr. Director of CRM in developing strategies to grow the business
• Evolve our approach to customer segmentation with deep analysis of user behaviors and advanced modeling techniques
• Assist in automating workflows and supporting CRM platforms with reliable and accurate data pipelines
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through automated reporting, alerting, and the creation of cross-functional processes
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to improve analytics processes and methodologies

You Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• 8+ years of Analytics experience
• 5+ years of experience in CRM Analytics, with a track record of influencing strategy
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Braze, Hightouch, Jacquard, and Lob
• Expert proficiency with SQL, experience with BiqQuery a plus
• Experience Python and/or R
• Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau Desktop or Looker
• Proficiency with A/B testing frameworks and experience interpreting complex experimental designs
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Braze, Hightouch, Jacquard, and Lob
• Proven track record of understanding customer journey mapping and marketing program management best practices
• Ability to align analytics with strategic business goals and to influence decision-making with data-driven recommendations
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized. Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
