Making Construction Better

As our Marketing Specialist, you will be the interface between SRG (Subregion Gulf) and Marketing HUB coordinating and localizing regional marketing activities.

What You'll Do

As a Marketing Analyst, you will be the first contact point for general support to the Sub-Region Gulf markets on ET&A products and technical enquiries from Hilti Sales teams.

You will be responsible for managing the local product portfolio for BA ET&A, which includes creating and sequencing products in Product Data Publishing (PDP) for HOL presence, managing Special item requests from sales teams, producing and maintaining Local Certifications required for product sales in the market.

You will engage with Logistics and HUB Marketing on SFI process to help in minimizing obsolescence.

As part of this role, you will coordinate local wave preparation, support the defined product INP introduction stages with the HUB Marketing team, as well as engage in preparation of local sales campaigns and events (HS, HOL, Demo Tool Sell Off) and monitor competition landscape in the market.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating customer product complaints and gathering all required information to co-ordinate with HUB PLS team for complaint system entry & escalation where necessary.

Finally, you will support the Regional Training team with hands-on sessions during GTP for new joiners in the MO.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related commercial roles
  • Strong experience in content creation and campaign development
  • Ability to support and execute marketing (MKT) strategies and initiatives
  • Proficiency in SAP system for marketing or sales operations (preferred)
  • Excellent presentation and PowerPoint development skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics
